Nguyen Thi Luong passed away at Providence Hospital on November 7th, 2020. Luong was born in Saigon, Vietnam on April 20th, 1946. She later moved to the United States with her two daughters to start a new life. She was an accomplished chef, master nail technician, and most of all a devoted woman to her family. Ngoai was the most loving and caring woman. She always made sure that her family was well fed and would order extra food so that she could share it with her family. She has always prioritized the happiness of her kids and made sure they were well taken care and continues to do so even now.
Luong loved the simple things in life. She had an insatiable sweet tooth and was an exceptional cook; her specialty being soulful Vietnamese food. However she loved to treat herself with some good old fashion fast food. She was always on the grind about getting a good deal and held her head high when she bartered for a discount. After walking away with her deal, she would smile ear to ear, satisfied with the heist.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Nguyen Thi Cuc and Nguyen Van Binh, and her brother, Nguyen Van Le. She was a devoted mother to Nguyen Thi My Duyen and Nguyen Thi My Dung. Devoted grandmother to Kimberly Pham, Michael (Nancy) Pham, Kevin (Gage) Pham, Jenny Pham, Andy Nguyen, and Bryan Nguyen. Devoted great grandmother to Shayla Nguyen, Priscilla Nguyen, Hannah Nguyen, Coden Nguyen, Isabella Nguyen, and Kidan Nguyen. She also left behind seven great grand-dogs. We will love you forever Ngoai.
